However, it’s more important for us to understand how people are arranged, what differences we, nations and peoples have. Different nationalities, peoples, different types of people have different perceptions of the cosmic energies. And there are people who are more prone to living with high cosmic energies, but there are the ones that are more successful with low energies. With such a significant difference between peoples and people, the management systems in each of them should be different as well.

In this regard, it’s more interesting to compare the GDP growth rate in Russia and China.

Let’s start with relations of the GDP growth rate in China and the Earth’s rotational velocity.

There is the inverse relationship. There is the coincidence of the GDP growth rate and the cosmic energy growth rate, connected with the growth of the Earth’s rotational velocity, only in 1991-1995. This is the period of dramatic change in the cosmic energies, their sharp rise. GDP responds to changes in the cosmic energies in its growth rate as well. It happens in different ways in different countries.

But if it really happens this way, it is possible to classify the development of countries on this basis, isn’t it? The situation in the USA and the Arab World has already been provided as a vivid example. There were strictly opposite trends, with the exception of a few years, when the cosmic energies reached the boundaries of typical changes. And what about other countries?

We have already justified the fact that the GDP and the Earth’s rotational velocity should be shifted in time, since at first physiological abilities of people change under the influence of cosmic energies and then they are implemented in the economic activity. Therefore, let’s introduce the values of correlation factors for some countries with different time shift between LOD values and the GDP growth this year.

In the USA, the economically active population responds to changes in the Earth LOD the same year at once. The GDP growth rate increases along with LOD growth. Then, this relationship disappears gradually over 5-7 years. But the abrupt change in the Earth’s rotational velocity, connected with reaching critical values, is manifested in the decisions of the economic and financial elite. It has its effect in 6-8 years after such abrupt changes in psycho-cosmic energies. This issue is discussed in detail in the publication by N.I. Konyukhov, 2017a. That is, in the USA the bulk of the population, the people react to the change in cosmic energies immediately, directly and uniformly (LOD growth means the GDP rate growth). And the elite do it vice versa. In 9 years, negative correlation factors have already appeared. Does it mean that the people and the elite started to belong to different clusters of people, speaking the language of U.P. Demakov? A fir-tree stays the same anyway, but different clusters react to changes in the Earth’s rotational velocity in opposite ways.
