Хотя самостоятельная художественная работа после сессий проделывалась мною нерегулярно, она все же позволяла мне сохранить эмоциональное равновесие, хотя собственная художественная продукция и вызывала у меня сильную тревогу. Ставя себя на место клиентов, я могла лучше понять те трудности, которые связаны с проекцией травматичных переживаний и пугающих фантазий на художественные образы, а также сопротивление этому процессу. Занимаясь самостоятельным художественным творчеством после сессий, я испытывала определенное облегчение и могла увидеть герменевтическую ценность своих работ.
